Every Tuesday I sift through the pile of new releases in the Metal section of iTunes. Most of the time there is crap that's inaudible, but sometimes you find that gem. Well this week, Scott Wino's project called Premonition 13 came out with their album, 13, and with most of Wino's work it's raw as hell and has incredible fuzz-laden guitar work that just melts your face. Wanna get some new music? Get this shit.

Ryan Dunn...
Not much to do with us or anything, but someone that I always thought was funny as shit moved on last night/this morning. The stuff that he did on Jackass was hilarious and I'll never forget one of the first times he was on and Bam challenged him to a race where he set up a booby trap hole in his yard. Dunn ran right into the hole.

If you're really into the whole time machine, period correct beard scene then you'll love Show Class magazine. There is some neat stuff in there, even for those who aren't trying to fit into that mold. Hell, I made it in there...there was a question and answer session on their webpage with Nick from The Haints that he texted me about. If I'd known it would be in print, I would've asked better questions...not motorcycle related, just better.

Here we are milling the Ford test track in Dearborn. We had to add the training wheels so the mill wouldn't tip over. We used the same set-up in the early 90's to mill the Michigan Speedway. We weren't allowed to take pictures but snagged some anyway. It was very secretive, but since my last work truck was a 6.0 litter F-550 that blew up 3 times in 100,000 miles fuck Ford.

What a nice thing to come home to...
So the state of Georgia sends me a letter to tell me that my license will be cancelled if I don't take care of something in South Carolina...really? That's funny, since I rarely go to South Carolina, but did live there for a year in 1998/1999. I call the SCDMV and sure enough, it's from a "legal infraction" during that time frame and apparently my license has been suspended in that state since 2000. This is the first I've heard of it. Apparently they want $200 to reinstate my license so I can drive in my own state. Thanks a bunch.
