We moved into the new shop 18 months ago.  Damn has time flew by.  The last 10 months have been crazy busy.  Hope things stay so good. The Red 46 EL was beautiful.  Hated my old man let her go.  Bacon's Knuckle and some more  I took at the smokeout years ago in Moorseville.  and  the George Wallace tag from Dixie Fried weekender with the 34.   Anyone from from Sweet Home reading this that could find me one of these tag I would pay good money for it.

Broken isolator...

My oil tank on the shovel is mounted with them. I like the idea behind it, but a broken one resulted in an oil tank that hung down, stopped me from shifting and connected to positive terminal with the frame. This melted the negative and made the oil tank about 300 degrees. Luckily I run a mag and I was close to home. I had to miss the liberty party and get the bike home, but by disconnecting the battery, I wouldn't burn alive from lava oil and my bike runs fine with the mag only. Now it's time for one of those little Ballistic batteries.

These things are a great idea in theory, but they suck absolute shit in practice...wait to see what a broken one does...

The Shovel

She's pretty much done. What type of chopaholic would I be if it was ever truly done. Still got about a thousand things I wanna do, but it's very rideable now so I'm happy. Eric absolutely fucking killed the paint on this thing. Totally awesome job and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for bearing with me dude, I know I changed my mind and direction about a dozen times. Anyway, here it is.

I know I've been away for a while. There's been a lot going on over the last couple years. I've gained a Korean father-in-law, a half Korean wife, and quarter Korean identical twin boys.
