I want these shoes now...

Sometimes a company really knows how to pique the interest of their target market. Pure Genius, dammit...

Timebomb Tuesday...

Good beer post...

Sometimes life causes you to take a step or two back and collect your thoughts. I've had to do that recently and that's the reason why the blog has been getting neglected. I won't get into it or dwell on it, but I'll try harder. The blue bike is going through a couple of changes and the new bike is in limbo. I've got other stuff to take care of first.

Drink beer. It's good for the soul. Here are a couple that I pulled out this past weekend. The Ommegang BPA was especially right up my alley. Being a fan of Belgian Style Pale Ales (La Chouffe Houblon Chouffe being my favorite), this beer was like sipping on the nectar of the Gods. A mildly sweet taste with a nice hoppy punch that just kind of covers all of your taste buds.

Baron's Speed Shop...

Baron's Speed Shop out of London Just got done with this little gem. This Triumph is so clean and just up my alley hope mine comes out half as good.

I'm a simple kind of man...

Some things that occupy my mind right now. These things must all be mine.

Valentines Day...

Balemtime's Day...

Give your lady a kiss and buy her some edible britches. Today is the day that Hallmark decided to legalize prostitution. If you buy her something, she'll sex you.

Timebomb Tuesday...

Little bit of Viking Metal for your ass. Cheers!

Almost done...

So much time in it, but what an experience.

Finally back together...

Ready to tear down the front.

We love us some Timebomb...

Everyone wish your favorite roof jumping redneck a happy birthday. Here hit the big 30 today and is laid up after an appendectomy.

The BDAC...for life...

When I was 14 years old, I entered the 9th grade. High school was a pretty big deal and seemed like one of the most memorable experiences of my life. You look back on that time and realize that it is a time frame of nothing more than 3 years and 10 months of your teenage years, and by relative standards, that's a substantial portion of your life. I still know people from high school, have fond memories of high school, and know that it's part of who I am, so it made a pretty big impact.

I started the BDAC 3 years and 10 months ago (April 2008). This thing has officially been out there for as long as I was in high school. That's absolutely nucking futs to me, but in the same vein, it's had the same effect. Because of it I've met some cool people, had some great times, and made some lasting memories. In April we'll have the 4th anniversary. Maybe a party is necessary. Either way, thanks for reading this whole time and thanks for indulging me on this insignificant date by reading my drivel once again.

And here is something funny for you...a mugshot of me taken at 19 (nearly 13 years ago).

Jesus, Mother Mary, & Joseph...

No cooler, No Problem

The Rockies never tasted better.

Comforts of Home

My hotel tonight had an IHome docking station bedside which I put to good use by playing Ride the Lightning full blast. That'll show the Sheraton to put a greasy hillbilly on the concierge level.

Daddy got a new bolt turner

Got me a new 1/2" drive MG725 in Lime Green to replace my thunder gun. Never had a problem with the Ingersoll but it's just to damn loud in close quarters, plus a lot of my friends have this gun so with 810lbs. of working torque thought I'd give it a shot.

Timebomb Tuesday...

Me and Old J Rod were at this show it pretty much ruled shit. This the end of the night and all the bands from the missing link tour came out pretty rad.Cheers!

Good memories...

This came out after my freshman year of college. I remember it like it was yesterday and shit like this makes me think that time is just passing me by. Nobody can mess with original Outkast.

Beer Post...

Usually I'm not a Flanders fan, but I had to try this since it was from the local boys at Terrapin. Flanders will typically be a sour red ale that is outside of my liking, not bitter, but overly sour. This though, was not overwhelming and had a good hop bite combined with a slight hint of sour. It was a good balance that I wasn't expecting, as I had bought this bottle about a year and half ago and "cellared" it to open at a later date.

20120205

New Seat...

Don't really know what to say about it other than the work is flawless and I am speechless still today. Xian Leather is hands down the best leather work I have ever laid eyes on and now I own one of his seats. Couldn't be happier or chose the art better. Thanks to my wonderful Girlfriend and best friend for having this done I am stoked and can't wait to show it off.

Fuck around...

See what happens.

Skidmark Worthington...

I got these in the mail today. Read and enjoy. Thank brotha.

20120203

Wizardry...

Been busy on other projects, but got to work on the beard last night. Right half is almost done and left half is about 50 percent.

20120202

Get in where you fit in...

Harley's new bikes...

The 72 is a metal flaked Sporty with white walls and mini-apes. The Slim is a "50's style bobber" with a 103ci Twinkie in it. EPA, DOT, and NHTSA regs keep them from doing anything unsafe or unfriendly to the environment.

Good on them for trying I guess. Factory still doesn't equate to custom though. There will be plenty of hardasses piloting these faux choppers this summer.

20120201

Magic Fingers

This is from the Hilton Garden Inn. Is this the 2012 equivalent of the old Magic fingers.

Welding

I have never claimed to be a fabricator or welder, but every once in a while I surprise myself. I haven't stick welded in about 6 months, but today I broke out the old Miller 225 & a box of 7018 & laid down something I was proud of. Now don't go looking for these bitchin welds on discovery channel or cycle source, because they are buried in a milling machine where no one will ever see them again. Material was 1" flat plate to 1/2" wall 6x8 tube.

Timebomb Tuesday...

So I have been to busy do think about any kind of post but here is tuesday's post on wednesday. I am a old country junkie and this song rules. Hope everyone's winter is as nice as ours here in GA 70 degrees tomorrow. Smoke weed and let Jesus drop kick you through the Goal post of life. Cheers!

Beer Post...

It's a big one, so luckily the beers all have good descriptions on them. I won't write about any of them...not as if anyone reads my drivel anyway.
