Down IV, Part 1 came out this week. Badass. I'm upset that they're not playing Atlanta on this leg of the tour though. No worries, I'm sure they'll be back. These dudes tour like nobody's business. I've seen them a couple of times before and they put on a helluva show. I remember reading about them back when I was a huge Pantera fan in Guitar World magazine. I got NOLA when it came out and was pleasantly surprised. I'm happy as shit that I did and I've been a faithful listener ever since (17 years).

Morning ride to a car show...

Chip Foose came out To Year One today for a car show. They charged folks $100 to enter a special competition and whoever won got to go to dinner with Chip Foose. I wonder if you had to pick up the check too...

Ol Time Bomb and I hopped on the scoots and rode north to see what kind of cars came out. There were some damn nice ones, but all in all a smaller turnout than I would've assumed. Either way, it was supposedly for charity, so good on them for that.
