So I decided that since it was raining this weekend and I wasn't going to make it to Allerbammer that I would pop on my mag. Well, I took everything apart last night and on my way out this morning I noticed a leak on the ground...and I'll be damned if there isnt a rear head gasket leak. Oh well, glad I was already this far.

So I have been on our good friend Roadside Marty for a while for his 82 FXR. So I get a phone call yesterday morning from him and he informs me that its time to part with it. Today I got the cash and saturday the deal is happening! Thanks Marty I LOVE YOU!

I've never really been a huge monster fan and I'd prefer a Sport Classic 1000, but this new Monster Diesel is pretty badass. The only thing is, don't call it a diesel if it's not really made to run on fuel-oil. It's plain gas with a hip name.

Good beer...

Banana Split Chocolate Stout? That's right, and it was delicious. It wasn't overly sweet, and had a good banana flavor to counter the heavy chocolate flavor of the malts. Very good.

As far as the Sweetwater, that is their 15th Anniversay beer. I remember drinking Sweetwater back in 1999, so I guess that I hadn't considered that I'd been drinking it since pretty much the beginning of this craze.

We went to the Sweetwater brewery on Saturday for the Brew Your Cask Off Festival and had a damn good time. 120 different beers, jalapeno corn dogs, good looking women. It was great. There was a peanut butter banana chocolate stout that I got down on, as well as the best beer of the night to me, a chocolate hazelnut ale called Smooth Brown Balls. I missed the Haints Dojo Party to be at this, but I'll get up with them soon (miss you guys).

Quick size comparison...

I know that there hasn't been shit about motorcycles on here in a while and the posts have been few and far between anyway, but the crew had been busier than cats covering up shit.

Here's a quick comparison of a Walther PPS 9mm to a Kimber Ultra Tactical II .45. They're basically the same size and with a full mag weigh close to the same, which is funny since the Kimber is all metal an the Walther has a composite frame. Both very nice carry pistols and very well made.
