Help beer help the Earth...

Sweetwater Brewery, purveyor/brewer of fine adult beverages here in Atlanta. Has a yearly event in which they assist the Upper Chattahoochee River Keeper in their effort to clean up the Chattahoochee River by selling t-shirts and other paraphenalia and donating the proceeds to the cause. Since I'm a huge fan of Sweetwater beer and this is something that effects my neck of the woods, I think it's a worthy cause. More info can be found here .

And for those of you in another state, they also do the same thing in Asheville, NC with the French Broad.

If you've never had a Sweetwater beer, I suggest you search out one of the more heavily stocked stores in your area and pick up a 6 pack of 420. It's a staple here in Atlanta and to me is a only second to another local brew, Terrapin Rye Ale, as far as drinkability is concerned. Put down the nasty PBR and Coors Light that defines who you are as a biker and try out a good beer. They're only a couple of bucks more a six pack and your tongue will thank you for it.
