Like I said before, some stuff got screwed up with Baker with my transmission on the shovel. Since Jason at JR Cycleworks was helping me out though, they righted it and now I have to tear down the tranny I built, rebuild the Ultima to sell, and build the Baker. I thought I'd get started on it tonight in the living room floor.
First up, unbolt the shift drum:

Pull that fucker right on out (the back bracket is on backwards because it slid off when I was pulling it out).

Next need to pull the shift forks out.

Pull out the one from the countershaft first, and then the fork.

Then pull out the main one with the forks.
