Mandroid...
There was talk of the old Kettenkrad German tank bikes on the JJ and someone posted this picture...I immediately laughed to myself and thought of the 1986 B-movie Eliminators in which a cyborg named Mandroid could attach different pieces to his body, one of which was a tank track lower half.

I watched the shit out of that movie as a kid. Wasn't there also blonde, a mad scientist, and a ninja? Nearly the perfect film...
Yup, that's it. I remember watching it several times as a kid. I can't believe that's what popped into my head though.
